SPS 2382 - Roof Repair and Replacement Works

The Royal Borough of Greenwich (the Royal Borough) is pleased to offer an opportunity for Contractors to provide tenders for roof replacement and edge protection works to blocks and dwellings which must be received by the Royal Borough by no later than 12.00 on 28 January 2022. The Roofing works will be split into two lots Lot 1 - Roofing Works at Various Addresses in Section 5a Lot 2 - Roofing Works at Various Addresses in Section 5b Lot 1: Lot 1 - Roofing Works at Various Addresses in Section 5a Lot 1 - Roofing Works at Various Addresses in Section 5a. Additional information: Price is not the only award criterion and all award criterion are stated only in the procurement documents. This procurement will be managed electronically via the RBG Proactis e-tendering Suite. To participate in this procurement, participants shall first be registered on the E-Tendering suite. Note: registration may take some time therefore, please ensure that you allow a sufficient amount of time to register. This is done by looking at the opportunities sections. The registered user will receive a notification e-mail to alert them once this has been done.
