The service, whilst predominantly based around steam sterilisation, should also feature alternative methods of sterilisation techniques. Innovation and the capacity to respond to changing environments or the use of 3rd party intermediaries will also be of interest. The service provider will be capable of providing a fully integrated instrument repair process as well as an instrument replacement offering.
