Description

The contract is for the design, construction, financing, refurbishment and operation of a hospital, including the supply of soft facility management services to the hospital. The Contracting Authority has agreed to defer the carrying out of market testing and waive related market testing obligations in relation to soft facilities management services. In return, the Contracting Authority will receive the benefit of an internal benchmarking exercise and a reduced service payment. As set out in Section II.1.4).
