e-ITT for the Establishment of a Multi-Contractor Framework Agreement (2022-26) for Minor Works related to Residential Housing for New Forest District Council (Housing Maintenance) Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12 NOON, THURSDAY, 06, JANUARY 2022 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) The framework agreement will be awarded for an initial contract term of 4 years commencing 2022. Works awarded under the framework agreement will be strictly based upon the Authority’s operational demand and available budget funds. There is no guarantee of business value awarded by the Authority to the preferred contractors. The work categories (Lots) will be as follows: Lot 1 – Brickwork and Masonry, including pointing Lot 2 – Carpentry Lot 3 – Cleaning Lot 4 – Clearance Lot 5 – Drainage Lot 6 – Water Mains Lot 7 – Electrical Lot 8 – Fencing and Gates Lot 9 – Flooring Lot 10 – Garage Frames and Doors Lot 11 – Glazing Lot 12 – Groundworks, including Pathways, Paving and Driveways Lot 13 – Locksmiths Lot 14 – Plastering Lot 15 – Plumbing Lot 16 – Roofing Repairs Lot 17 – Void Refurbishment The awarded framework contractors will be the preferred contractors for works throughout the duration of the framework agreement.
