Description

The works will include the replacement of pitched coverings, soffits, fascias, verges, hips, ridges, chimneys and associated enabling works and repairs and also minor ancillary works (e.g. painting waste pipes, painting cills and lintels, pointing brickwork, removal and reinstatement of PV and Solar panels) on occupied Council owned domestic properties within the Borough. The works will include the replacement of pitched coverings, soffits, fascias, verges, hips, ridges, chimneys and associated enabling works and repairs and also minor ancillary works (e.g. painting waste pipes, painting cills and lintels, pointing brickwork, removal and reinstatement of PV and Solar panels) on occupied Council owned domestic properties within the Borough. All dwellings will remain occupied during the execution of the works and the contractor must endeavour to minimise the inconvenience caused to the occupiers and neighbours and must adequately protect their property and possessions against damage and theft.
