Description

Dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the supply and delivery of food and drink to the Council's schools, adult and children’s services and leisure, retail and hospitality functions, as well as for establishments supported by North Lincolnshire Council's Catering Team. The DPS is divided into categories of products (product lots) and applicants may apply to be included on any or all of the product lots. Applicants will only be admitted to product lots applied for if the core DPS selection criteria and lot specific selection criteria are met by the applicant. Lot 42628: Lot 2 Frozen Foods Supply and delivery of frozen food to East Riding of Yorkshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council and covers a broad range of frozen food requirements for various premises, including schools, social services establishments, leisure sites, civic functions and restaurants across the East Riding of Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. Lot 42629: Lot 3 Combined Lot - Ambient and Chilled Goods (including fresh milk), Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, Fresh Bread and Frozen Foods Supply and delivery of ambient, chilled and fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh bread and milk and frozen food to East Riding of Yorkshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council and covers a broad range of frozen food requirements for various premises, including schools, social services establishments, leisure sites, civic functions and restaurants across the East Riding of Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. Lot 42630: Lot 4 Butchery (Fresh and Frozen Meat) Supply and delivery of fresh and frozen meat and meat products to East Riding of Yorkshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council, and covers a range of requirements for a number of premises, including schools, social services establishments, leisure sites, civic functions and restaurants located in East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. Lot 42631: Lot 5 Alcoholic and Soft Drinks Supply and delivery of alcoholic and soft drinks and associated services for East Riding of Yorkshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council, and covers a range of produce. The primary user of the contract will be Bridlington Spa, South Marine Drive, Bridlington, YO15 3JH, with the provision for use by for leisure sites, event venues and civic functions across the East Riding of Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire as required. Lot 42632: Lot 6 Prepared Sandwiches Supply and delivery of a broad range of prepared sandwiches and associated products to East Riding of Yorkshire Council (the Council) for various settings, including, leisure sites, schools, social services establishments and civic functions located in East Yorkshire. Lot 42633: Lot 7 Speciality Products Products types typically falling within this lot are fresh bakery products; specialist confectionary and desserts, ice-cream and ice based drinks; fresh fish and seafood; organic produce; special diet products; specialist delicatessen and butchery; cultural specialities; innovative food concepts; however, please note the list is not intended to be exhaustive.
